     Roger has been studying and practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1996. His classes are challenging and compassionate, always with a sense of humor. Roger believes Yoga to be a necessity in all of our lives, especially here in New York City where our minds are overloaded with stimulation each day. Kundalini Yoga is a scientific approach to Happiness. Through Roger’s inspirational teachings, his students will not only discover Happiness, they will develop the skills necessary to live peacefully within our stress inducing age.
